For windows, the location can be different. below is a guide find the right location according to your windows. Once you find the location you will find a SETUP file. Copy the installer file anywhere on your HARD DISK or USB.
If you are running on Windows XP.
C:\Documents and Settings\Dev\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\45.0.2454.85\Installer
Reference -
Dev - Will be your Computer username.
45.0.2454.85 - Will be your installed Chrome version.
If you are running on Windows 10 / 8.
C:\Program Files\Google\Update\Install\{870D72B3-727F-4A0A-8D3D-A751EECD252E}
