Lollipop MIUI7 Redmi 2/Prime ROM Released Download links inside

Redmi 2/ Prime users waited longer for the official android 5 update. redmi 2 lollipop official update is arrived.  
Miui team recruited some miui members to test the android 5 build on their Redmi 2 devices.

While it's for Redmi 2 prime, but you can still install this in 1GB variants too.
The rom is still in beta phase, so you might run into some bugs . the last version of official miui 7 lollipop is 6.1.28.

While if you need screenshots, I would like to tell you that they are just similarly to old miui builds.

Please read this note, miui doesn't push the link in public. One of the beta testers shared it with us. and it has lots of minor bugs. please try it only if you are familiar with these terms "Root, TWRP, Brick and Flash" (If you need help with that, check out the reference sections below.)

Conclusion

Miui started building and rolling lollipop updates for Redmi 2. While they still are in beta phase. On XDA, developers like kumajaya (XDA developer) already pushed marshmallow builds for Redmi 2, and they are nearly stable - use this guide to know about flashing marshmallow on Redmi 2.
